The North Shore Health Department has been in frequent contact with the Centers for Disease Control, the WI Division of Health Services, and other health departments throughout the last several days.
The Health Department has been getting calls from area residents who think they may have been infected. People who are ill with respiratory symptoms including a cough, sore throat, and runny or congested nose, and who have traveled to an area with confirmed cases of swine flu within the last week should contact their doctor or clinic for consultation and possible testing.
