The North Shore Fire Department Board of Directors is comprised of 1 representative from each of the 7 member communities.
The Fire Department Board of Directors sets policy, approves the budget and assists in the long range planning and negotiating of labor and management contracts. The board reviews information and recommendations and makes decision on department direction. Each member of the board sits on 1 or more of these committees:
