Location and Jurisdiction

Municipal Court has jurisdiction over alleged infractions of the Bayside municipal code. If you have questions or need more information (citation #, amount to pay, etc.) about your citation, please contact the Municipal Court Clerk at 414-206-3920.

In person payments can be made via a payment box at the City of Glendale, c/o Bayside Municipal Court, 5909 N. M Milwaukee Parkway, Glendale, WI 53209 or online https://www.govpaynow.com/gps/user/plc/a003ih. (You must have your citation number to make an oline payment. Contact the Court Clerk if you need this number.) 

Forms of payment accepted include:

Credit and debit card (service fees apply) - credit card payments are accepted online only.

Money order - payable to the Village of Bayside,

Check - payable to the Village of Bayside, 

Cashier’s check payments - payable to the Village of Bayside,

Cash payments are NOT accepted.

Bayside Municipal Court proceedings in January 15, 2020 at 5:00pm will be held at the Bayside Village Hall, 9075 N. Regent Road, Bayside, WI 53217.

Bayside Municipal Court proceedings for February 13, 2020, March 12, 2020 and April 9, 2020 at 5:00pm will be held at the City of Glendale, 5909 N. Milwaukee River Parkway, Glendale, WI 53209. This is north of Silver Spring Drive and west of Interstate 43.

Effective May 1, 2020, Bayside will join the North Shore Municipal Court. Please check back for more details on this transition in late April.
